When can i expect my order to arrive?

We expect to ship all orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday same day or by the next business day at the latest. We do not ship orders on UK bank holidays or weekends.

If one of your items is on preorder the whole order will be shipped to arrive approximately around the stated date on the product description, we do not part-ship orders.

UK orders take 1-3 business days to arrive after being fulfilled. 

All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Costs are based on where you live and the total weight of the items you order.

Unfortunately not. When you check out with an item on preorder in your cart, the entire order will ship as one package. If you want an item ready to ship immediately, it is important that you place a separate order from any other items on preorder.

If your product has arrived faulty, damaged, or otherwise unusable, please send photos and describe the problem to our support team via email at shop@shields.band

We will be happy to figure out a solution to the problem.

UK orders take 1-3 business days to arrive after being fulfilled. 

EU orders take 3-5 business days to arrive after being fulfilled. 

ROW/US orders take 5-7 business days to arrive after fulfilled.

Please feel free to contact us if you did not receive shipping confirmation when you should have, or you believe your order is lost. UK orders are shipped tracked, international orders are not.

If your tracking is not working, please contact us.

If your package is labelled as “Delivered” and you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

Can I Exchange or Return An Item?

All Return/Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment Delivery Date.

Items must be in original/unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.

Please email our support team at shop@shields.band for any Returns or Exchanges BEFORE sending your order back to us. Please also include a note requesting a new size or refund for the item(s).

Any item that is returned to our merch team as “Return To Sender” will automatically be refunded and the item will be processed back in stock.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our support team at shop@shields.band with with the details. They’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, unused or unworn, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

All orders will be charged at the time of purchase. “SHIELDS UK” will appear on your statement description.
